Under its new Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, the SQDC aims to lay a solid foundation for its responsible growth. The organization is embarking on this corporate social responsibility (CSR) process in a spirit of collaboration with all its employees and stakeholders and the firm desire to excel.

Our commitment takes the form of an abiding concern for public health, an irreproachable sales ethic, closeness to the community and the determination to do our part in protecting the environment.

Our approach is based mainly on educating and informing.

The SQDC’s objectives are to:

  • Provide continuous training to its employees so they can educate customers on responsible cannabis use
  • Contribute to advancing knowledge on the health and social impacts of cannabis use
  • Develop and maintain relations with health-sector stakeholders

Ethics

Our ethical principles shape our organizational culture and guide us to act responsibly.

The SQDC’s objectives are to:

  • Maintain the sales ethic
  • Increase and sustain employee engagement while attracting and retaining new talent
  • Provide employees with a healthy, safe workplace
  • Put in place a responsible procurement process

Our commitment to the community is evident in our steadfast dedication to our mission of selling cannabis with a focus on health protection.

The SQDC’s objectives are to:

  • Raise awareness of the SQDC’s mission and relevance
  • Give a preferred place to Québec-grown cannabis to encourage the local economy.
